Description:

Is responsible for solutions allowing specific targeting of key talent which leverage social media, Web technologies, relationship marketing and overall brand exposure for talent attraction purposes; will take a leading role managing the overall administration of our talent attraction pertaining to social/web networks. The incumbent will partner closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition Partners to first understand business needs and objectives and then develop and implement talent acquisition strategies in order to attract and retain the best talent in the industry.

The Talent Acquisition Attraction Manager will:

Expand recruitment strategies that reflect Air Canada’s commitment to acquire and develop a diverse workplace
Develop marketing campaign strategy for a talent acquisition with internal clients
Participate in the development of content for our Career sites, Job Boards, professional & social Medias
Monitor usage; provide in-depth analysis and measurement of website, media and social networking usage effectiveness.
Provide support to recruiters with regard to attraction and/or any question related to job boards or social media
Create reports for monthly, quarterly and yearly review
Ensure consistency of the Air Canada employment Brand
Coordinate and participate in the negotiation of global, national and regional tools for recruiters (Job Boards, Professional and social media, etc.)
Contribute to specific projects related to talent acquisition
Participate in multiple activities related with the implementation and evolution of the ATS (applicant tracking system
Manage the full cycle recruitment process including the recruitment process specifically, but not limited to social media, web technology and relationship marketing; create and post job descriptions, candidate interviews and shortlist, coordinate hiring managers interview and offer negotiation
Participate in recruitment events, conferences, and job fairs as needed
Act as a subject matter expert for recruitment objectives targeting social media, web technology and relationship marketing
Build relationships with universities, associations and all relevant 3rd parties with a focus on social media, web technology and relationship marketing

Requirements:

Qualifications


Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Communications or any other related field of expertise
At least 5 years of experience in talent attraction, sourcing and acquisition or in communications dedicated to talent acquisition
Strong Microsoft Office capabilities: Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Organization, project management and time management skills
Working knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics, Job Boards, LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter
Candidates must be bilingual (French & English) and possess solid experience with behavioral and competency-based interviewing. Deep understanding of Canadian employment legislation governing employee recruitment is required. Proficiency with MS Office and web based applicant HR systems (Taleo, PeopleSoft) is a must.
