Description:

WORK ACTIVITIES/CONTEXT:

Understands and can perform SIS scanning/indexing/verifying; MCAUDIT responsibilities - Line/C Checks; submit engine oil consumption & engine trend data into database; Logpage data entry; Trax 8130 repair text entry; train for Specialist bump-up duties
Works on special projects for other Teams when necessary
Reports errors/findings to CASS as appropriate
Performs the removal and installation of components
Reviews and updates AD documentation and modification compliance
Works PCIs as appropriate
Can assist with mod set up, 2nd stamp on tags, NRC/TLD entry, 8130 entry, Engine changes
Monitors correction requests, Supervisor emails and other problem issues for Tech Ops
Performs changes/build up/removal/installation for assemblies: Gears, APUs, Slides, Wheels & Brakes, etc.
Works the CCHOLES/CCUAP/UTILIZATION reports, TR teardowns
Works Part specific and specialized emails
Can perform Flight Sim tags, LLP issues, build up, removal/installation
Liaison to Shop personnel and QC

May perform other job duties as directed by Employee’s Leaders.

Qualifications:



BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:



High School Diploma, GED or equivalent education required.

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.

EDUCATION:

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent education required
Bachelor’s Degree preferred



WORK EXPERIENCE:

1 to 2 years’ experience in Maintenance Records required or equivalent record keeping experience



PHYSICAL ABILITIES:

Must be able to read and accurately apply technical documents, use a computer monitor frequently, understand office procedures, and follow instructions



SKILLS/ABILITIES/KNOWLEDGE/WORK STYLE:



Must be able to comply with Company attendance standards as described in established guidelines.

Ability to read and analyze documents including Task Cards, Engineering documents, Time Limit Index, and vendor certificate
Must work under tight time constraints to accomplish assignments and project
Ability to work well with other as parts of a Team and present information public
Ability and willingness to fill the Supervisor role when necessary
Excellent organization skills and time management
Position requires mandatory weekend, shift and holiday work

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:

Understands how to perform the missing assignment report, logpage audit report and various other reports handled by the Aircraft Records Teams
Enters and monitors new a/c information into the system
Verifies certs and tracking of new a/c parts going into the system
Tests software or new data migration
Responsible for training guides, procedures, and Trip Tickets, as necessary
Fill in for Supervisor or Sr Analyst, when necessary
Acts as Team Lead when the Sr Analyst and Supervisor are out of office
Fills in for Technician/Specialist/Analyst when necessary
Assists the Sr Analyst and Supervisor to Train Technician/Specialist to perform bump-up duties
Works on special projects for other Teams when necessary

Must maintain a well-groomed appearance per Company appearance standards as described in established guidelines.
