Description:

We are pleased to invite applications for Call Centre Agents on a Temporary basis to join our Call Centre.

About the job

The purpose of this role is to provide customers with information in response to enquiries about products and services; make bookings for services including flights; handle and resolve complaints.

Key Responsibilities:

Confers with customers by telephone in order to provide information about products and services, do bookings, modify or cancel reservations, and/or obtain details of complaints.
Converts calls to sales.
Meets the monthly targets in terms of;
Revenue
Ancillary
Quality
Ensures maximum level of productivity, punctuality and flexibility.
Understands the real Call Centre concept activities & work in achieving it.
Manages and resolves customer complaints.
Identifies and escalates priority issues from customers.
Conducts follow up customer calls where necessary.

Requirements:

Essential requirements for eligibility are:

You should have a valid UAE residence visa
Minimum 20 years of age
Should be bilingual. Fluency in Arabic is essential.
NOC would be required from the father, husband or university
Should be computer savvy
Terms and Conditions:

Option A- FULL DAY SHIFT
Option B- HALF DAY SHIFT

1. FULL DAY SHIFT

9 working hours per day (including 1 hour break)

Time Options:

Choice between 2 shifts: 9 AM to 6 PM or 12 PM to 9 PM
Applicant needs to commit to a minimum of 15 shifts per month as rostered by the Supervisor.
Note:
An agent can earn up to AED 5,000 per month.
Full day shift agents is eligible for daily/ weekly cash incentives (additional) as applied in the call centre.

2. HALF DAY SHIFT

Half day shift of 4 hours (excluding breaks)

Time Options:

Choice between 2 shifts: 10 AM to 2 PM or 5 PM to 9 PM.
Applicant needs to commit to a minimum of 15 shifts per month as rostered by the Supervisor.
Note:
Half day shift agents are not eligible for daily/ weekly cash incentives applied in the call centre.
