About Your Job:

In this exciting new role based at out new station in Kiev you will support the Commercial/Country Manager in the development, planning and implementation of all marketing & e-commerce sales activities, so as to drive revenue and grow loyalty of all QR products from all distribution channels and targeted audiences. You will directly contributes to the delivery of the market revenue target by assisting in the development and implementation of the marketing strategy and e-sales plan that targets existing and new markets particularly e-marketing.

Marketing & PR

You will support Commercial/Country Manager to plan according to Head Office and Regional Office guidelines the annual Marketing Plan for Station within the assigned budget to enhance the product position and to meet revenue objectives, Support in the development of target-oriented campaigns based on customer segmentation and market intelligence, Source and share market research, insight and trends that will improve the quality of the campaigns delivered in the region, Assist in developing all marketing artwork and messaging with the support of RMM and HO, be involved in launching press release/newsletters focusing on major QR developments (local/global) and also provide support to develop and execute integrated PR campaigns as well as new and innovative PR opportunities and stories.

E-Commerce :

You will Contribute in achieving the qatarairways.com revenue, share (penetration), online check-in (OLCI) penetration, conversion and B2C E-newsletter subscribers database targets for the country, contribute in developing and implementing an E-sales plan for the country with the support of CoM, make optimal and effective use of the online or E-marketing budget to meet E-commerce KPIs for the country, Identify, initiate, and assist to implement online marketing initiatives, partnerships, direct response campaigns, and online communication plans to attract quality traffic to qatarairways.com, leading to increased sales conversion through Pay Per Click (PPC), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Display Advertising, E-mail Marketing, Affiliates Marketing, and Social Media Marketing. You will perform quality checks and handle IBE pricing issues such as verification of correct fare family mapping, correct filing of online fares and/or discounts.

Requirements:

About You:

To be successful in this role you must hold a Trade or Vocational Qualification. Candidates with a University degree in Tourism/Aviation Field – Marketing oriented or an equivalent industry recognized diploma or qualification will be preferred.

You must have a minimum of 4 years’ experience of job related experience, 2 years experience in Airline industry with marketing knowledge and 3 years of customer care experience.

You must be PC literate (word/excel/PowerPoint) and have a knowledge on the following applications (Amadeus/LARS/TeamSite/QSales).
