Description:

The position holder will actively support Emirates’ ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. The position provides knowledge and expertise regarding market trends, opportunities and follow up on sales prospects and leads. The Inside Sales Support Specialist will perform various administrative tasks to support the regional sales teams and manage an own agent portfolio of smaller accounts which will be managed through a telesales approach. Job Accountabilities Actively manage a dedicated agent portfolio via a pre-defined outbound call plan in order to develop and grow the revenue generated via these accounts and ensure that the set objectives are achieved. Research accounts , identify key players and generate interest by informing these accounts about Emirates services and products. Analyse sales performance and opportunites of the dedicated accounts on periodic basis by using the standard reports (flown revenue, MIDT, Accelya, etc.) Develops and maintains database of retail and home based travel professionals and ensure that constant contact is kept with these accounts Maintain all contacts and call activities in salesforce.com in order to guarantee transparency of sales initiatives Sourcing news sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound telesales and emails including company information . market requirements ,product needs and analysis Support the Regional Sales Direcotr and the regional sales team with various administrative tasks not limited to contract set-up, administration of events and other admininstrative tasks. Manage invitation process of the sponsorship activites within the assigned territory and ensure that company standards and processes are followed Maintains rapport and works professionally with client , suppliers, vendors and third party companies Supports and assists with CRM tool ( Sales Force ) activity and pipeline development within Sales Force with status updates.

Requirements:

Qualifications:
Two or four year degree or relevant work experience in Inside sales support / account management role.

Knowledge/skills:

Proven Inside sales experience and knowledge of travel industry processes
Good understanding of GDS systems and CRM systems (salesforce.com)
Sound knowledge of MS Office product suite including Excel and the usage of Pivot Tables in MS Excel.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
Ability to multi-task, prioritize , and manage time effectively and achieve results
Able to build strong client relationships
