As Manager Standards & Procedures, you will be responsible to support the HIA Operations Departments to maintain and manage the Operational Procedures and to deliver, manage and implement Operational Improvement Projects.
In this position you will lead a team which is responsible for capturing departmental requirements, procurement needs and delivers the required project management on behalf of the HIA Operations Departments.
In addition to that, you will assist and support the operational teams and in defining high level and detailed processes to the level of standard operating procedures, contingency procedures and operational work instructions.

Requirements:

About You:
To be successful for this demanding role you must hold a Bachelor degree from a relevant College or University and have an understanding of the development of procedures and SOPs in an airport or airline operational environment.
Minimum 8 years of job related experience.
Strong project management skills along with some exposure to Operational Readiness and Airport Transfer would be highly regarded, as well as strong English communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
