An exciting opportunity to join the Emirates Group IT team. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Solution Delivery. Working across the entire Emirates Group, you will be responsible for end to end delivery of Business Technology Solutions.

The successful candidate will work within a matrix organisation. They will lead a team of professional Programme and Project Managers delivering a large and complex portfolio.

We are seeking a talented individual skilled across the spectrum of IT delivery. This means that you will be comfortable managing in house builds and vendor delivered solutions. Equally you will be experienced working with classic waterfall and Agile methodologies.

While experience of Airline and Aviation would be useful, it is not mandatory.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Information Technology. Project Management : 12+ YearsDegree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) :
Preferred Knowledge/skills

- Project/Program Management methods and tools
- Large scale people management
- Coaching and training
- PMP Certification or other Project or Program Management qualification IT experience of which the majority should be in a senior project or program management role.
- Role holder will have managed large scale projects and programs, or a large delivery function with large scale people management and leadership experience.
- Experience as a strong stakeholder manager, coach/trainer, and a results oriented manager
