As Marketing project Manager, you will oversee the conceptualisation, planning, supervision and execution of all marketing and
Corporate communication activities of QDF. Promote and coordinate marketing activities in order to deliver consistent targeted marketing programmes in order to achieve revenue targets.
Extract, develop and execute best marketing practices throughout the scope of the campaigns, analyse
evaluate all promotional activities, in order to efficiently and effectively deliver all the relevant promotions and activations (internal and external) that will assist the Senior Management and the business in achieving the established sales budgets.
Key accountabilities include but not limited to:-

Define project scope, goals and deliverables with regards to marketing promotional projects - Identify new systems and avenues to facilitate and promote the business, capitalise on the strengths of support staff to control external expenses on creative and promotional projects, investigate, review and report the success and failures of all promotional activities for future improvements.
Oversee and manage all projects activations, promotions, vendor activities, digital activations, ensure brand guidelines are followed and all approvals are received for activations/promotions.
Lead and coach the marketing account team to ensure comprehensive, results-driven campaigns are executed on-time and within budget.
Conduct brand value evaluation and its promotional life cycle, ensure brand guidelines are followed and all approvals are received for activations/promotions.
Facilitate brand and business development through 360 degree marketing/sales related programs andactivations that exceed creative excellence in every execution

Requirements:

About You:
To be effective in this role, you will need a Bachelor’s degree. You should have atleast 7 years of job-related experience with atleast 4-5 years of Project/Account Management experience in Advertising or a minimum of 2 years of Marketing Management experience preferably in Retail.
