Description:
Supervising administrative staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance
- Managing agendas, travel arrangements, appointments, etc. for the upper management
- Develop, implement and improve office policies and procedures
- Analyse price proposals and other information to determine reasonable prices
- Negotiate contracts on behalf of the Company
- Process all permits pertaining to the business
- Attend meetings and conferences to learn about new industry trends and make contacts with suppliers
- Evaluate and monitor contracts to be sure that vendors and supplies comply with the terms and conditions of the contract and to determine the need for changes
- Evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery speed
- Meet with staff and vendors to discuss defective or unacceptable goods or services and determine corrective action
- Coordinate with Finance regarding procurement.
Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Applicants must be willing to work and relocate to Clark, Pampanga.
- Applicants must be a Filipino citizen or have a relevant residence status
- A degree in Office Administration or any relevant field
- At least three (3) years experience as an Executive Secretary
- Must be organized
- Experience in Travel arrangement is a plus
- Experience in purchasing is a big plus
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with different office management procedures
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
