Description:

Department: Engineering
Reports To: Engineering Manager, SFO
Location: San Francisco, California
Key Responsibilities:
To support the Cat A/AE/AES in performing aircraft maintenance and servicing to ensure
the highest level of safety, reliability, security and presentation required by customers,
aviation regulatory authorities and the company, in a cost-effective manner.
Report to Engineers and Engineering Manager.
Perform aircraft maintenance when assigned to do so under guidance of the Cat A/AE/SAE.
Performs maintenance and servicing of third party operator’s aircraft in accordance with
the applicable SGHA. Provide a high level of customer service.
Keep up to date with the aircraft systems, technology, processes and procedures.
Other duties as directed by the Aircraft Engineer or Engineering Manager.
Responsible for personal safety and aircraft safety during aircraft servicing & maintenance and ensures that general ramp safety practices are adhered to.
Ensures safe working practices are applied and accidents reported.
Service, maintain and clean station company ground equipment and vehicles.
Assist with the recalibration of aircraft tooling in accordance with company procedures
Assist with station engineering fire protection.
Assist with the maintenance and cleanliness of the Engineering facility
Maintain PC literacy.
Assist with the operation of FINEX.
Assist with the company material handling and storage.
Assist with the maintenance of all station Technical Publications
Complete station logs and records
Action technical documents and enters data into Ultramain as per the company’s procedures.

Requirements:

Qualifications & Requirements:
Completed 2 years as CX AMT and has completed recognised basic training
Demonstrated sufficient ability to the EM for recommendation for promotion.
Demonstrates suitable years of experience from an outside organisation.
Familiar with and uses the available methods of communication such as VHF radios,
Internet, Fax, Memo, GroupWise, SITA etc.
Good communication skills and proficient in the English language both written and oral.
Should preferably hold a NAA licence (U.S. A&P Mechanic Licence) Other equivalent licence will be considered (e.g. EASA LWTR)
Demonstrate abilities to acquire HKG CAD Aircraft Maintenance Engineers’ Licence
Superior independent work capabilities.
