About the Job

Air Arabia is looking for technically competent individuals who will be responsible for maintaining and developing the IT infrastructure for Air Arabia & providing technical support to end users.



Key Accountabilities:

•Ensure all activities performed on the IT activities are in compliance with ITIL and ISO 20000 best practices and guidelines and that all internal IT policies & procedures are followed.
•Log & attend to all IT service requests, complaints & incidents in the IT Help Desk tool.
•Ensure the stability, availability and speed of the IT infrastructure by performing daily checks.
•Fully understand the IT service catalog (Business view & Technical view) & ensure that IT services meet business/operation objectives.
•Windows Installation, Configurations & administration.
•Cisco routers, switches configuration & administration.
•Maintain file server & backup activities as per policies.
•Provide Technical support to end users. That will include 24/7 phone support & visit if required.
•Diagnose and solve hardware/software faults.
•Responsible for Cable management, maintaining and updating IT libraries, maintaining and updating IT Inventory & providing Technical specifications for all IT related purchases.
•Coordinate & follow up on Technical issues within IT Team or external suppliers.
•Evaluate & record external supplier performance.
•Analyze calls, requests to understand trends & underlying issues.
•Prepare Technical documentations.

Requirements:

Qualifications and Experience:
•Must be a degree holder in Information Technology or related field.
•Minimum experience in similar role of 2 years.
•MCSA & CCNA certification is highly recommended.
•Experience in dealing with multiple work streams.
•Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken in English.
•Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment along with strong interpersonal skills.
•ITIL V3 and ISO 20000 background.
