Description:
•Verification of vendors' invoices;
•Preparation/Compilation and submission of monthly consumption reports/data;
•Monitoring of dry stores/liquors/beverages/amenities/stationery/magazines for T2/T3 Silver Kris Lounges/KrisFlyer Gold Lounges;
•Conversant in IT applications, eg. SAP, ORS, etc;
•IT proficient eg. MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc;
•Perform any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Required Skills
He/She must have good command of spoken and written English. He/She must be a team player and able to communicate effectively with passengers, staff, vendors and contractors. He/She must have good organizational skills and a proven track record in being meticulous to verify vendors' invoices.
