Department: Inflight Services
Reports to: Assistant Manager Inflight Sales Operations

The Inflight Sales Team’s missions are to deliver quality inflight sales services and maximize revenue by managing the sales operations professionally and continuously enhancing our product and service offerings.

We are looking for individuals with self-initiatives to assume the position of Inflight Sales Officer, who will be involved in maintaining daily inflight sales operations, mainly contributing to the areas of inventory, accounting management and after-sales service.

Key Responsibilities:
•Support Inflight Sales Coordinator on stock inventory management and ensure that the delivery is scheduled on time for loading on board so as to avoid missing sale opportunities
•Maintain inventory record on web-base system and provide support in preparing month-end closing report.
•Ensure purchase order is issued on time for stock replenishment
•Communicate with self-handling suppliers on replenishment timeline, left-over stock collection, etc.
•Settle invoices and credit notes on time using different electronic systems
•Ensure all sources of income such as listing fee, staff sale revenue, etc are credited timely to company’s account.
•Organize gift distribution for various cabin crew’s commissions and incentive awards
•Assist in organizing inflight sales events such as road-show, product fair and staff sale, etc
•Arrange stock inflow and outflow with web-base system which used for resolving passengers’ complaints, fulfilling on-ground purchase requests, departmental purchases, etc
•Manage and monitor in-house product inventory and storage
•Provide administrative support on bar sales discrepancies
•Work with crew staff and look after after-sales service under the guidance of Assistant Manager
•Update and file after-sales service/accounting records

Requirements:

Job Requirements :

•F.7 / DSE or above
•Minimum 2 years of clerical or administrative experience
•Previous management or knowledge of stock control/ inventory management systems would be an advantage
•Experience in finance and accounting operations is a strong advantage
•Sound planning and organization skills with excellent time management capabilities in prioritizing tasks and multi-tasking
•Attentive to details
•Able to work under pressure and solve problems independently
•Good team player with mature interpersonal skills
•Immediately available preferred
