Department: Financial Services
Reports to: Accountant

The Financial Services Department is seeking a motivated and committed individual to join the Passenger Control Team of the Revenue Accounting Unit. As an Accounting Supervisor 2, your chief mandate is to monitor and ensure daily operation functions are carried out timely, effectively and efficiently in accordance with the section’s service standards.

Key Responsibilities:
•HKG & Macau BSP handling (e.g. ECCB reconciliation, monitor cash collection, prepare journal entries in GL etc)
•Prepare credit card submission to local acquirers
•Prepare refunds of AML subscription to customers with CUP and other ad hoc refund requests
•Handle CX & KA daily ATCAN billing files
•Reconcile sales related suspense accounts (control the sales and billing/cash receipt) and prepare journal entries in GL
•Reply RFI/dispute/chargeback letters from acquiring banks and subsequent FMIS AR handling
•Prepare month end, interim and annual closing schedules
•Provide sales revenue reports to other department/outport users
•Collaborates with other departments members and outport FSDs relating to ticket sales issues
•Initiate and make necessary working procedural changes to cope with the business needs
•Participant in UAT for PAX Sales system changes and system development
•Assist in ad hoc project administration

Requirements:

Job Requirements :

•Post secondary education, preferably pursuing ACCA/HKICPA Level 1
•Minimum 4 years’ accounting experience preferably in airline industry.
•Customer-oriented with polished interpersonal and communication skills
•Good command of spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
•Able to work independently as well as in teams with self-initiative in taking up responsibility.
•Able to work under pressure and commit to deadline
•Open-minded and able to accept feedback and criticism
•Good analytical capabilities
•Strong PC skills especially in Excel, Access and Word

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
