Description:

Department: Customer Relations
Reports to: Head of Customer Relations

Our Customer Relations Department is looking for a highly capable and proactive individual to provide a full range of secretarial and administrative support to the Head of Customer Relations and the department.

Responsibilities:
•Handle confidential documents
•Make duty travel arrangements for the team in both Hong Kong (HK) and Mumbai Services Centre (MSC)
•Responsible for the general filing and maintenance of department’s records
•Maintain updated departmental information in IntraCX, Outlook and DMS Library
•Handle invoice and claims via FMIS
•Coordinate the ordering/distribution of stationery, year end and marketing items for passenger compensation and the team in both HK & MSC.
•Handle the applications and cancellation for access to various IT systems for staff members in both HKG and MSC
•Act as the departmental coordinator for events, presentations, conferences, Computer Automation, Emergency & Accident, Environment, Share Point (gift and hospitality register), etc
•Ensure smooth running of daily office administration
•Assist the department in phone, email, written and walk-in passenger enquires, complaints and compliments including those from top management which require urgent attention.
•Liaise with respective operational teams systemwide in service recovery arrangement to passengers

Requirements:

•Formal secretarial training or relevant qualifications.
•Minimum 4 years secretarial/administration experience
•Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua is preferred
•Customer oriented with excellent listening skills and telephone manner
•Polished interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with both internal and external parties at all levels.
•Strong planning and organizing skills and attentive to details.
•Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with a high degree of integrity
•Mature and ability to handle correspondences with minimal supervision
•Ability to work independently and a good team player
•Positive thinking and strong work proactiveness
•Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing)
