Description:

Ryanair are currently recruiting for a Flight Deck Rostering Analyst to join their team.

The successful candidate will work as part of our Flight Operations department and will be based in our new Head Office in Airside Business Park in Swords.

You will be ensuring our pilots are allocated to flight duties safely and efficiently. You will collaborate with airline colleagues to get the right people operating at bases across Europe. This is an exciting way to gain a thorough grounding in Ryanair’s flight operations.

As a Rostering Analyst you will gain experience across a wide range of flight operations activities. We are looking for people who are keen to learn and quick to adapt. You will need to have an attention to detail and a conscientious approach to you work. Working as part of our Flight Deck Rostering team, duties will include:

Scheduling of Ryanair pilots to ensure that flight operations are fully crewed
Delivery of industry-leading stable work patterns to Ryanair's growing pilot body.
Working in a team of rosters and interacting with other units within Ryanair.
Balancing rosters in all bases so that crews have balanced number of standby days, etc.
Ensuring all crew remain within hours in accordance with current FTL scheme
Managing crew base transfers, promotions, demotions and contract changes in the Lisline system.

Requirements:

Ideally, candidates should have previous experience in the aviation industry.
Position is suitable to people with logistics, transport management, or a supply chain background.
Applicants must be open minded, excited about learning new skills, and have a strong work ethic..
Candidates must be able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and be able to multi task
Successful candidates will have proven numeric, administrative & computer skills.
Owing to the precise and organized nature of Ryanair's flight operations, it is important that candidate rosters exhibit an attention to detail.
Ideally, candidates should have previous crewing/ rostering or resource management experience.
