Responsibilities:

Description Responsibilities:



This intern will be a member of the Airframe Supply Chain Team, supporting Technical Operations. In this position, the intern will have the opportunity to participate in strategic sourcing events, material and heavy maintenance oversight projects, and maintenance supplier interactions. This intern will interact with Engineering, Finance, Contract Services and Fleet Transactions to effectively support airframe heavy maintenance and aircraft transitions, airframe OEM and alternate sourcing activities.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:



- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent education required.

- Must be at least 18 years of age.

- Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.



Education:



- Progress towards degree in Aviation Management, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Economics, Business, or related degree program.

- Minimum junior level.

- To be eligible, must be currently enrolled as a full-time student (minimum 12 credit hours).

- Maintained 2.75 or above cumulative GPA.



Skills/Abilities/Knowledge:



- Ability to work independently and the willingness to function as a part of a team.

- Strong oral and written communication skills.

- Analytical thinking and reasoning skills.

- Demonstrated interest and involvement in Aviation preferred.

- Microsoft Office knowledge (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access).

Time commitment: Fulltime – 40 hours per week



Pay: $13.00 per hour + flight privileges
