FUNCTION: Reporting to the Operational Controller

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for the accurate and timely reconciliation of all ARC and BSP sales settlement processing
Monitors, reviews, audits and reconciles sales from e-ticketing
Daily monitoring and troubleshooting ARC/BSP Settlement and Reporting data/tool discrepancies for all points of sale
Dealing with Passenger Interline Billing Settlements and reconciliations
Responsible for timely issuance of debit and credit memos and reconciliations
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account discrepancies, monitor and escalate as appropriate for resolution
Knowledge of IATA revenue accounting guidelines and IATA resolutions for billing and settlement
Actively participate in Porter’s Safety Management System (SMS) including reporting hazards and incidents encountered in daily operations; understand, comply and promote the Company Safety Policy
Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum 2 years industry experience with working knowledge of ARC and BSP
Highly organized and detail oriented with a very strong focus on process
Superior analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy
Superior written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work with strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Enrollment in professional accounting program an asset
Proficiency in MS-Office products including Outlook, Excel, Word
Knowledge of MS Dynamics (Great Plains) an asset
Knowledge of Navitaire’s New Skies and SkyLedger applications an asset
