About the Job

Air Arabia is looking for a dynamic individual with strong analytical skills and a keen attention to detail to help manage the company’s digital marketing activities, increase online sales and identify opportunities of growth in terms of ancillary revenue for the airline through the improvement of existing products and launch of new initiatives.



Key Accountabilities:

The E-Business & Ancillary Revenue Executive is responsible for managing the execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels as well as managing the day to day running of SEM campaigns with external agencies to ensure that the business objectives are met.

The job holder is responsible for monitoring online sales channels (website and mobile applications) and all ancillary revenue streams as well as producing and distributing associated weekly / monthly error-free reports to all stakeholders. He/she will be responsible for proposing and developing new initiatives to increase traffic, improve conversion rates, and increase online sales. He / she will be responsible for proposing and developing new initiatives for ancillary revenue growth for the airline through improvements in existing products and introduction of new revenue streams.

The job holder is responsible for developing implementation plans and coordinating with other departments (IT, Sales, Marketing, Finance, etc.) to ensure successful delivery of projects while managing the day to day relationship with suppliers (insurance, hotels, car hire, etc.)

In this role, you must have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a multi-cultural work environment. You must be able to work under pressure and be flexible to work extended hours as and when required.

Requirements:

Qualifications & Experience:

Must be educated to Master’s Degree level
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role or with online and digital marketing.
At least 2 years of Project Management Experience
Solid analytical, numerical and problem solving skills
PC Literate and well versed in MS Office Suite / Google office applications, Advanced Excel Skills (including Macros)
Effective written and verbal communication skills in English, Arabic would be an advantage.
