High impact role in a dynamic team

Your new position in the Maintenance Program team will ensure that all Instructions for Continuing Airworthiness documentation (ICA), as well as all required compliance controls, are incorporated and setup in the TRAX system. The team are responsible for ensuring the QantasLink Approved Maintenance Program for all CAMO responsible aircraft is maintained in accordance with regulatory requirements and also maintain the Airworthiness intranet sites to enable access to QantasLink documentation for all Part 42 and Part 145 employees.

You will be responsible for:

Controlling all ICA (Data) from various OEM vendors.
Creating revisions to the Approved Maintenance Program for all aircraft that the CAMO is responsible for.
Updating the QantasLink intranet with all ICA used to maintain aircraft that the CAMO is responsible for.
Creating variations to the maintenance program such a bridging checks and program updates.
Ensuring that activities are developed and reviewed to meet changing reliability patterns.
Interfacing with internal and external customers and suppliers in order to achieve an open and consultative relationship

Requirements:

To be successful in this role you will display:

Sound knowledge of CASA requirements.
Experience and knowledge in approved maintenance programs in a Part 42 Continuing Airworthiness Organisation.
Strong attention to detail.
Experience in TRAX engineering module is desirable or other similar aircraft maintenance software program.
Ability to read and understand aircraft MRB reports, task card manuals and other related ICA.
Ability to plan and coordinate people and materials
Be able to interface with the various airworthiness departments
Excellent computer skills with regard to Outlook and Microsoft Office suite of programs
Sound understanding of Occupational Health and Safety
