Description:

Responsible for providing leadership and management to 2 teams that manage the relationship with Global, Multi-National, Japan Local corporations, and Travel Management Corporations (TMCs)/Retail agencies, to meet the annual revenue, share, share gap, and profit targets in TPAC.
Responsible for coaching TMC/Retail Sales manager better coordinate with corporate sales.
Oversee and evaluate market conditions and make recommendations on product, sales, and pricing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions in the Eastern Japan corporate sales.
Responsible for identifying opportunities to improve revenue/share in forward market data provided by SP&A, and execute them.
Assist managements to plan, and create the sales execution action plans in line with the sales strategy and deliver the business in timely manner.
Also responsible for providing leadership and management to the team and the staff with regular reviews and updates to set clear expectations and targets for them to accomplish sales goals and maximize their individual performance.
In addition, the individual will work closely with peers in revenue management, network, SP&A, Trade Marketing, SSC, and corporate sales, Western Japan to incorporate the same strategic direction in each of the market to maximize overall Japan revenue opportunities.
Participate in key client meetings and trade/governments agencies' events together with and/or separately with Sales Account Executives.
Lead key projects such as SMA project, Military & Government project, Global Sales coordination, and others.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or previous airline sales experience required
Master's degree preferred
5+ years of experience in sales, sales management, strategic planning, or equivalent required
Demonstrates aptitude for strong interpersonal relationships and business decision making skills, must be able to manage change with resilience and display tremendous drive and commitment
Demonstrates strong leadership capabilities
