Job Description

You will perform frontline services at the Service Centres. These include making flight bookings, issuing and reissuing tickets, processing refunds and membership related transactions. You will attend to customers over the ticket counter and via emails. In addition, you will assist in backroom administrative functions and other ad-hoc duties when assigned.

Requirements:

Required Skills

You should possess a good diploma. You must be a team player, possess good communication skills, people relationship skills and customer service attributes. You are expected to perform shift duties, including weekends. Work experience in the airline/travel industry or customer services, with knowledge of airline tariffs and ticketing will be an advantage.
