Do you want to support the Projects & Process department of a young, dynamic and international staffed company?

We are looking for a committed and conscientious working student who is interested in gaining work experience in Projects, Processes and IT. You would support us in parallel to your studies for around 16 to 20 hours per week.

Your Tasks:

Develop and update Key Performance Indicators for the department and the company
Support the Project Manager on a defined perimeter
Resource capacity and versatility chart development
Support the Process and Knowledge Management
Support the monitoring and reporting of all projects at Spairliners

Requirements:

Your profile

Ongoing enrollment to Bachelor or Master Studies in in Logistic, Supply Chain IT or any related field
Fluent in German and English
You should live in the Hamburg area
Valid work permit for Germany
Work experience in Supply Chain Management or Logistics is beneficial
Good knowledge of SAP and very good MS Excel skills
Independent way of working, team player, IT minded, analytical thinking, proactive working behavior, international mind-set

Starting date: as soon as possible
Working time (weekly): 16 - 20 hours
