Lufthansa Systems is a young company belonging to the Lufthansa Group providing innovative technology solutions and business services to the airline industry. We at Lufthansa Systems Asia Pacific are the face to our customers in the Asia Pacific region and the liaison to our production units. Based in Singapore, the successful candidate will hold a key role within our organization and report directly to the CEO of the ASPAC organization.

As Head Regional Management South East Asia and Pacific you are the entrepreneur accounting for your area’s business success and drive constant growth: an expert in systematically identifying and understanding both decision makers’ and users’ needs, various markets and technology changes as well as competitor’s strengths and weaknesses. Together with your team you derive and formulate sales potentials, prioritize measures and take all necessary actions to close them successfully.

You possess a unique blend of business and technical savings and a big-picture vision. You establish new and maintain existing relationships within your existing customer base and outside, assuring Lufthansa Systems’ leading market position in your area. As sales evangelist, you develop and drive the core messaging and value propositions for your teams while keeping a very close eye on the profitability.

Requirements:

Your profile

Degree in Business Administration or Marketing, or IT/Computer Science
Minimum of 5 years of sales and account management experience with global products
Entrepreneurial drive, solid technical background and a strong sales mentality
Experience in boosting sales and managing complex projects
Experience in working within virtual organizations and at senior management level both internally and externally
Proven track record in developing a winning team
Good network in the aviation IT industry and in ASPAC
Good knowledge of aviation, flight support products and services
Excellent in English communication (both verbal and written), influencing and negotiation skills
Good knowledge of German language would be beneficial
Excellent ability to use contemporary software packages such as MS office
