In order to reinforce the Human Resources team in Basel we are currently recruiting for an
Finance Manager

This position is a management position, which leads the Finance function and the Finance team in Hong Kong and Macau. The position reports to the Director of Finance EMEA & Asia, Jet AviationAG/Corporate Headquarters, and Managing Director of Jet Aviation Hong Kong.
Description/Tasks:

Maintain full set of accounts for Jet Aviation Hong Kong and Jet Aviation Macau
Ensure compliance with IFRS and local regulations
Prepare monthly reporting package to Head Office
Financial modeling and profitability analysis
Cash and Working Capital Management
Preparation and submission of annual budget to Head Office
In charge of yearly audit
Oversee Tax and Legal and insurance issues
Implement and document Delegation of Authority, Accounting and Controls Processes in line with SOX requirements

Requirements:

Qualification/Experience:

Minimum of 8 years relevant experience in Finance and Accounting
Relevant experience in aviation industry is an advantage
SAP experience is a plus
Able to work independently with minimal supervision and direction
Able to consult with management on financial issues with a hands-on perspective.
Effective in project management and coordinate with department managers with positive and progressive perspective.
Adhere to deadlines for statutory submissions and project deadlines
Master in Finance and/or Accounting or similar
CPA, CFA or similar qualification is a plus
Familiar with IFRS/IAS and local regulations
Good English Knowledge is required (spoken and written)
Preference will be given to Cantonese / Mandarin speakers(spoken and written)
