Job Description

Primary responsible for reliable delivery of EUC messaging solution & mobility solution in SIA; Support collaboration platform implementation. Note: the staff will be responsible for implementing email migration for crew and ground staff in 2015, and will play active role in collaboration platform implementation in 2015.
Provide IT support to Senior Management (SVPs and above) and oversee IT outsource supplier delivering IT services to Senior Management - secondary role.
Review EUC incident trend for various business units, and communicate to business unit’s LIC on regular basis.
Conduct reviews with suppliers, and agree service improvements in areas of messaging & mobility. Track the improvements.
Assist IT Operation in areas of incident, problem, change, capacity and availability management.
Review and approve requests in Service Request Management System. Handle escalations associated with Service Request fulfilment and liaise with IT outsource supplier to address the issue.
Manage Business Continuity Plan plan, Disaster Recovery plan, participate in testing, and provide support to SIA Operation Control Centre.

Requirements:

Required Skills

Degree in IT related discipline
At least 3 years relevant IT working experience.
Project and vendor management skills
Some degree of technical capability (able to understand the product and use administration screen/console to implement and configure)
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent IT skills
Good presentation skills
Ability to communicate well at all levels of an organization
