Position: Digital Marketing Executive, Group Marketing
/ Location: Farnborough
/ Salary: up to £25,000 – dependent on experience


/ Job Information:

Reporting to the Design and Production Manager your duties will be to maintain, manage and upgrade the full online and digital marketing function for Gama Aviation Plc. Responsibilities will include:

Content production and update implementation to all Gama Aviation web sites utilising the WordPress CMS.
Implementation of the quarter-to-quarter online marketing plan, including appropriate social media platforms, email and ecommerce.
Managing the online brand, in line with brand guidelines.
Review new channels and technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website, utilising Lead Forensics, Google Analytics, etc.

Requirements:

The Person:

Is able to write basic code as required for a WYSIWYG content management tool

Is able to edit video / sound files, use Photoshop

Is able to use a stills / HD video camera and can be trusted to be sent out to record activities within the business

Has some social marketing experience

Has some SEM and SEO experience

Has some outbound email marketing experience

Can set and maintain the production of a calendar

Has a character that will push and promote the capability in the business

Takes responsibility for content across all digital channels

Has the drive, enthusiasm and initiative to succeed individually and as a team member without close direction or management

Mandatories:

Excellent written and oral English language.
High standard of numeracy.
IT literate with experience of all major software platforms required for this role
Holds a full UK driving license
Full right to remain and work in the UK without restriction
Some international travel may be required
