The Digital Marketing Analyst (DMA) will incrementally enhance all digital marketing channels through optimization, analytical acumen, and reporting. This data driven marketer will provide actionable insights that will directly impact the overall digital strategy at Frontier Airlines.

Essential Functions:

• Using digital marketing best practices in ecommerce, social media, and email, the DMA will lead ROI measurement and optimization activities.
o This includes the following: ecommerce funnel optimization, conversion rate optimization, content optimization, email database acquisition, personalization, UX enhancements, and social community growth.
• Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and assess the financial impact and health of each digital marketing channel.
• Provide thought leadership on the complete customer lifecycle and align measurement plans to the associated strategies.
• Analyze market and sales trends, conduct research, and complete competitive analysis necessary to support fact-based, customer-focused digital marketing efforts.
• Design and execute A/B and multivariate testing programs to optimize FlyFrontier.com, the mobile app, email, and social media campaigns.
• Partner with the promotions and communications teams to drive campaign development and optimize campaign performance and consistency through ROI driven testing and targeting strategies.
• Support the digital content coordinator and digital media manager with optimizing existing traffic and building new traffic through search engine optimization, content development, and paid media.
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members, including the marketing leadership, the promotions and communications teams, IT, and creative teams as needed.
• Create reports and assist others in the creation of reports for each digital marketing discipline as needed.

Requirements:

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree (Marketing/Digital/Ecommerce)
• 2 to 4 years of experience in Marketing or Internet-related field
• Advanced experience with Google Analytics or other web analytic tools
• Hands on experience with Google Tag Manager or similar tag management tool
• Passionate about digital marketing and a desire to stay on top of the latest trends in web analytics, search engine optimization (seo), social media, email marketing, mobile, etc.
• Familiarity with CRM and the development of customer behavior profiles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Powerpoint
