Description:

Job Purpose

To manage the attendance management support services process and systems ensuring all attendance cases are addressed in line with the guidelines and procedures. This includes managing the analytical and reporting tools, guidance on policies and procedures, conducting return to work interviews, updating sickness management system and recommending corrective measures in consultation with Line and HR Business support.


Job Outline:


Generates attendance report (daily / weekly / monthly) from available systems to analyse trend on individual attendance, and ensure all breaches of attendance targets are escalated in consultation with Administration Controller for corrective action.
Generates daily Attendance report from system to identify sickness level in the operation, and establishes contact with identified staff to start the RTW process as per the attendance management guideline.
Reviews and examines supporting documents provided by staff to ensure that any potential cases of misuse or concerns are reviewed and action recommended
Provides continuous support through counselling and guidance to staff members on attendance related policies and procedures, ensuring all queries and concerns are addressed and attended to on a timely basis.
Complies with all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment
Implements departmental policies, processes, and procedures in the day-today operations assigned to ensure consistency in all cases.
Contribute to opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement
Investigates high level or recurrent sickness cases and shares outcome with Administration Controller to ensure corrective action is taken accordingly.
Initiates medical referrals when required for Occupational Health Unit to review, examine and provide the recommendations on the employee’s health condition and fitness to work.
Actively participate in Adhoc projects run by Central Admin related to process and efficiency improvements.

Requirements:

Qualifications & Experience


Bachelor degree OR Diploma
Bachelor degree: 4-6 years of experience in (data analysis or coaching experience ) activities with at least 2 years in support services environment.
Diploma Holder: 6-8 years of experience in (data analysis or coaching experience) activities with at least 1 year in support services environment.
Advanced English Level 5
Advanced IT and Computer Literacy Skills
Advanced Communication Skills
Proficient Safety Awareness
Advanced Data Collection and Analysis
Advanced Professional Writing Skills
