Ryanair, Europe’s largest low fares airline is looking to grow its Digital Optimisation team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of Europe’s biggest ecommerce platforms in a fast paced and challenging environment.

The Role

Ensure an excellent user experience and market leading eCommerce position
Increase conversion and AOV through the execution of onsite merchandising including: propositions, landing pages, messaging, product cross-sell and up-sell
Create and maintain relevant trading calendars for our individual markets across Europe, designed to support our business goals
Align to other stakeholder groups such as Brand & Advertising, CRM and Yield; ensuring propositions and messages are supported online and are consistent across all customer touch points; ensuring a flawless execution
Manage personalised content, conversion rate optimisation, A/B and multi-variant testing, including defining test scenarios / hypothesis and recommending functional website enhancements
Have an in-depth understanding of the performance of the platform and our KPIs across individual markets, browsers, devices etc. through the use of our analytical tools and by working closely with the Insights team
Manage platform change requests from other areas of the business
Conduct regular in-depth analysis to identify and establish growth opportunities and ensure competitiveness, communicating meaningful insights and actionable data
Effectively report trading limitations such site availability, platform functionality or process issues to the relevant team for resolution or development
Partake in Digital Trading and Brand Comms sessions with wider stakeholder groups
Become an Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Target “Super User”, evangelising these products across the business

Requirements:

Third level degree in a related field; ideally to Masters level
3 to 5 years’ experience working on an ecommerce team in a fast-paced environment
An online marketing background, with experience in digital marketing and CRO tactics and applications
Customer focused, with a key understanding of how to drive trade
Trading mentality, able to work under pressure, drive results and evaluate success

Naturally highly organised; with excellent communication skills and attention to detail
A problem solver and an enthusiastic team contributor
Self-motivated and commercially minded
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills in order to manage relationships with internal stakeholders, to achieve a specific outcome
Experience in using Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Target is a very strong advantage
Fluency in a second European language is desirable but not required
