Customer Service Agent "CSA" Part Time- Canada

Thank you for checking into the opportunity to join our Customer Service Agent team as a Ticket/Gate Agent/ Baggage Service Agent/Ramp Operator in YUL. As one of the world's leading international and domestic airlines, our number one focus is to enhance all aspects of each customer's travel experience. Working as a CSA, you will be central to demonstrating that we understand the demands of air travel and our goal is to make the experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible. As a member of our ground crew, you will work in an enjoyable team environment.

Job Summary:
We are currently looking to expand our customer service department. The positions involve a variety of functions and employees are required to be familiar with all of the following work functions: Ticket Counter Representative, Gate Agent, Baggage Service Agent, and Ramp Agent.

Ticket Counters/Gate Agents: In this role, you'll be responsible for checking-in passengers, guiding customers through the ticketing & reservations process, directing them to their gate and helping to ensure their bags meet them when they arrive.

Baggage Service Agent: In this role agents prepare delayed luggage files.

Ramp Agents: In this role, you are responsible for the loading and unloading of bags onto/off aircraft.

All employees practice safety conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures.

If you are team-oriented, like to interact with others, love to provide great customer service and can work flexible hours to help us meet our operational needs, you would be a great addition to our team! As part of our Customer Service Agent team, you can expect to work between 20-35 hours per week. This position could be the perfect entry-level position though, which could eventually allow you to apply for a full-time position if you so desire. The benefits include flight privileges and working flexible schedules. The position pays $12.47/hour.

Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS:
To qualify for this position, you must:
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Be in possession of a valid Driver's License
- Possess a High School Diploma or GED
- Have legal authorization to live/work in Canada
- Demonstrate attendance reliability
- Be able to lift 60 lbs including wheel chair and 'straight back assistance'
- Be able to provide quality customer service
- Must be fluent in both English and French
- Must be performing satisfactorily in current position.
