Department: Revenue Management

Reports to: Senior Revenue Analyst



As a Revenue Analyst you will be part of our team of dedicated and meticulous revenue analysts within our Revenue Management Department. Your objective will be to maximize passenger revenue across our global network by managing demand, pricing and inventory.



Typically you will work either as a Flight Analyst, a Fare & Demand Analyst or a Group Analyst, though you can expect during your career to move between the three positions.



Key Responsibilities:



Flight Analyst:
manage seat inventory to maximise revenue on one or more routes
set over-booking levels
predict and monitoring passenger show-up rates
recommend whether to switch flights to larger or smaller aircraft



Fare & Demand Analyst:
forecast demand for one or more sales territories
liaise with sales managers to agree pricing
monitor sales territory past performance and business outlook



Group Analyst:
manage series and ad-hoc group demand to maximize network revenue
monitor utilization profile and initiate process change to enhance group productivity.

Requirements:

Degree holder in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or Accounting disciplines
Prior working experience in quantitative or data analysis highly preferable
Strong communication skills with high standard of written and spoken English
Good analytical and acute numerical skills
A quick learner with the ability to work independently
Computer literate
