Job Description
You must reside in or relocate within 2 hours drive time of one of our crew bases
.
Our First Officer compensation package includes salary of $50,000 to $55,000 per year and tax exempt per diem of $59/day domestic and $65/day international. Our Captain compensation package includes salary of
$80,000 per year and tax exempt per diem of $59/day domestic and $65/day international. We offer a 401K
Match of 50% on the first 6% of contribution as well as provide fully funded medical and dental insurance
family plans at no cost to the employee. All pilots currently accrue 8 days of paid vacation per year.
The rotation schedule is 8 days on, 6 days off upon completion of IOE, the rotation is set and does not change until upgrade to Captain. All First Officers receive PIC training including an initial PIC type rating or recurrent training for those already typed, all new hires must sign a one-time 12-
month prorated promissory note for the cost of training

Requirements:

All Candidates must possess an ATP certificate (some candidates with an ATP written may be considered
based on experience). Also required
is a First Class medical certificate, valid passport with no travel
restrictions to Mexico, Canada, and the Caribbean.
All new hires must meet minimum flight time requirements, some deviations from the minimums may be considered for highly qualified candidates, under no circumstance will total time less than 2,000 be
considered. For example, we may waive the turbine requirement if you surpass Multi PIC minimums or have flown large piston multi-engine aircraft.
The minimums are 2,500 Total, 1,000 PIC, 1
,000 Multi, 500 Multi PIC, 100 Instrument, 500 Turbine
