Description:

- In charge of the revamp of the company intranet as well as content management of a newly launched mobile app
- In charge of spear heading CSR initiatives
- Work closely with HR team in organising bi annual townhalls and business meetings by business units
- Plan and execute creative communications programme to raise awareness and understanding of company’s latest developments
- Key responsibilities include: copywriting employee’s communications emails, posters and digital screens texts, content research, revamping the employee’s portal and overseeing the delivery of electronic newsletters
- Utilize various internal communications channels to share company’s story to internal groups of audience and through engaging contents, build a sense of community within the company, better appreciation of the company’s strategy and vision as well as better connection among colleagues
- Work closely with the manager as well as the Public Affairs team to formulate an annual internal communications plan by using effective channels and avoiding information overload, so to effectively engage the relevant stakeholders

Requirements:

- A good university degree, preferably in communications
- At least 6 years of working experience in communications or related fields
- Familiarity with social media channels and an active social media user
- Good writing skills, with a strong command of English and Chinese
- Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with multiple stakeholders
- Creative personality, who likes working with others and has an acute news sense
