Description:

Air Arabia is looking for customer focused individual to join its Commercial team who will be responsible for managing a team of reservation agents in providing support to individual and corporate airline customers with reservation and ticketing services as well as sale of ancillary products at its various sales locations.

Key Accountabilities:

Manage a team of reservation agents.

Assists with arrangement and modifications of reservations for walk-in customers.

Computes ticket cost based on fare rates and advises the customer of the same.

Promote and up-sell ancillary products to increase sales.

Handle reservation and pricing enquiries from passengers and travel agents.

Handle visa requests and group booking requests.

Requirements:

Qualifications and Experience:

Educated to a minimum of Degree level.
• 3 years of Airline Sales experience.
Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English and Arabic are a must.
PC Literate and well versed in MS Office Suite.
