Customer Sales & Service Agent - Guangzhou, China (Prior to Japanese Speaker) - 140001VP
Job Purpose
*
Handle calls regarding general programme enquiries and operational functions including reservations, award booking/ticketing.
*
Telemarketing to obtain additional sales and feedback from our customers on their total Emirates experience.
*
Handle and process requests as per set standards, correspondence received via mail and fax. In addition to processing requests also attend to enrolments, profile updates, retroactive credit requests.
*
Liase with partners on rejected data, investigating and ensuring member’s accounts are accurately updated. Assist partners front line employees on queries and customer issues.
*
Independently reply to members inquiries via mail or fax, ensuring accurate and timely responses.
*
Investigate and resubmit data from reject queues to update members accounts.
*
Identify any fraudulent activity, and bring to the attention of the supervisor.
*
Process requests for collateral material from customers, partners and internal departments.
Requirements:
Qualifications & Experience
*
Graduate augmented by Airline knowledge with at least 2-3 years customer’s service background.
*
Must have a pleasant, professional telephone manner and be a patient and sympathetic listener.
*
Must be able to work independently and posses the ability to evaluate a situation and make decisions to ensure retention of our loyal customers.
*
Proficiency in both oral and written English, knowledge of other languages may be required.
*
Mars knowledge is an asset.
