The Role

Ryanair is currently recruiting for an Engineering Administrator to join their Aircraft Appearance team. This is an opportunity to join Europe’s largest and fastest growing Low Fares Airline. Responsibilities

The role will encompass all aspects of administration including but not limited to the following tasks:

Responsible for maintaining and reconciling third party work relating to All appearance tasks
Responsible for pre authorization of all invoices
Roster and manpower reviews
Responsible for compiling Service levels reports, performance reports and newsletters
Assisting with Airport Identification applications, recruitment, and travel arrangements.
Liaising with external parties and departments within Ryanair including finance, HR, 3rd party contractors to resolve queries
Preparation of daily / weekly management reports in a timely manner
Ad-hoc projects allocated by the Aircraft Appearance Supervisor and Manager

Requirements:

Experience with the following is desirable but not essential:

Microsoft Office
Good Communication Skills
Ability to travel unrestricted with the EU
Proven record of working to deadlines
Flexible approach to working in fast changing environment
Excellent spoken & written English is essential.
Ability to meet the criteria to hold an airside pass to work in restricted areas
