Report to : Talent Acquisition Manager – Service Delivery
The jobholder is accountable for contributing to the design and execution of commercially focused talent acquisition strategies for employees in our Inflight Service Delivery, Airports and Call Centre teams, and for supporting (and leading as required) the assessment and selection activity for these employee groups. The jobholder is also accountable for contributing to the execution of a signature Cathay Pacific/Cathay Dragon candidate experience through all key touch-points.
Key Responsibilities
Building and managing strong relationships with stakeholders across Cathay Pacific and Cathay Dragon
Leading recruitment activities for multiple accounts
Enhancing both the candidate and hiring manager experience
Working on specific projects as directed by the Recruitment Manager
Candidate search and sourcing


Minimum Requirements / Experience
A bachelors degree in HR, business, psychology or related disciplines
A minimum of 3 years experience in HR / Recruitment
Experience running competency-based interviews and using other assessment and selection tools
Experience using cloud HR recruitment technology
Strong influencing and relationship management skills
Customer focus
Analysis and problem solving
Planning and organising
Teamwork and building partnerships
Interpersonal effectiveness
