Description:

Department: People Department
Reports to: Recruitment Manager

Responsibilities:

Provide end-to-end recruitment support to all departments in Cathay Pacific Airways Limited and Dragon Airlines Limited
Effectively work with hiring Managers to understand recruitment needs
Assist Hiring Managers to prepare Job Descriptions
Provide professional advice to hiring Manager on the most effective way to publish vacancies on internal and external job boards and recruitment channels
Monitor application status and shortlist suitable candidates for selection
Conduct assessment, individual and panel interviews with hiring Managers
Provide interview feedback to hiring Managers on candidates based on observation and facts through interviews
Work with Recruitment agencies on specific positions, manage their performance and maintain proper system of candidates tracking
Prepare salary proposal and extend offers to shortlisted candidates
Provide information on relocation, company benefits and on-boarding logistic to candidates
Arrange on-boarding formalities to all new joiners
Coordinate and arrange special Recruitment projects with different teams
Compile recruitment reports for different departments as needed.

Requirements:

Job Requirements :

University graduate in any discipline, preferably in HR Management
Minimum of 5 years working experience with not less than 2 years specialised in recruitment function
Good knowledge of compensation structure and experience in preparation of salary package
Excellent communication skills in English. Ability to speak Cantonese would be an advantage
Excellent time management and organization skills to prioritise multiple tasks
Confident to work with different levels of counterparts from different departments
Able to handle large amount of recruitment volume at one time
Experience in working with recruitment agencies and knowledge of their terms and conditions
Experience in mass recruitment and/or graduate recruitment would be advantage
Proficient in MS Office including Word and Excel
