Your journey as a Flight Attendant will begin with an intensive 7-week induction programme that includes practical sessions in an aircraft mock-up. You'll be shown all routine service, safety and security practices and procedures, as well as practice responding to a wide variety of passenger and service related situations including emergencies.

After gaining experience in Economy Class, high performing Flight Attendants are moved to serve in Business and First Class. Throughout your time in the role you'll receive continuous training to ensure that you are kept up to date with safety and security procedures, as well as opportunities for promotion to senior roles in the air and on the ground. A common career path entails progression to Flight Purser positions and then to an Inflight Service Manager role.

All Flight Attendants are employed on a three-year contract. This is so we can reward you fairly in alignment with global market trends and present you with opportunities to reinforce your career decisions.
