Main Role:

Cathay Pacific Airways is seeking Reservation Sales Agent. A self-motivated, team player required to perform telesales/reservation functions smoothly & efficiently with consistent high quality service to customers and ensure they are provided with consistent CX service style of “Straight from The Heart”.



Key Responsibilities:

Meeting Targets - Achieve Individual & team revenue and service targets
Telephone handling - Provide our customers, corporate and distribution partners with appropriate levels of service and communication support as determined by call nature.
Fares - Keep abreast of latest fare rules, conditions and changes.
Product knowledge – Ensure self updated with changes / enhancement to various CX products at all times to highlight benefits to customers.
Online services – Provide efficient after sales service for online travelers, as required. Proactively promote CX online services available to customers.
GDS cost control – Communicate best practices for GDS usage, prompt handling of GDS reports and monitor agent behavior to protect CX inventory.
Ticketing – Provide efficient and high quality service at the ticketing counter. Keep abreast with latest ticketing enhancements. Maintain counter statistics of ticket sales / Ancillary revenue / group ticketing / staff ticketing etc.
Flight Disruption – Ensure efficient handling of tasks and provide support to airport teams during flight disruptions.
Online learning – On an ongoing basis identify and go through Computer based trainings to add value, raise efficiencies and enhance overall work experience.
Technical skills – Make efforts to keep abreast of latest technical enhancements to raise efficiencies.

Basic computer, internet & MS office knowledge.
Good understanding of CX policies & procedures.
Excellent written, oral communication skills.
Ability to deal with concepts and complexity comfortably
Demonstrate strong problem solving skills &flexibility.
Display Business acumen.
Ability to adapt and embrace constant change.
Work in an organized manner and use time effectively.
Beware of cost activities and seek ways to reduce these to work more effectively
Candidates MUST have the permanent legal right to work & live in India.
Graduate in any field.
