Responsibilities:

to protect the brand of a dynamic airline
to provide high quality timely and professional legal services
to (assist with) draft(ing) legal contracts covering aviation sale and leases
to assist HR with employment matters unique
to aviation (pilots, engineers, cabin crew), and employment disputes
to assist with drafting technology agreements to draft sales / agency agreements
to assist with airline and travel related partner agreements
to advise on real estate matters to assist Senior Executives & General Counsel with legal matters generally
to assist with drafting and roll-out of company policies to provide company secretarial services - establishing of companies, assisting with directors and officers appointments and resignations etc.
to provide legal training Required: Commercial Law Aviation law and regulations Industrial and HR law Company secretarial Dispute resolution and litigation previous experience - working for a law firm and/or international corporation (ideally aviation or travel related)

Requirements:

Soft Skills:

good communicator (written and spoken)
clear concise drafting skills high competency with MS Word ability to present using PowerPoint
ability to present and negotiate legal arguments clearly and respectfully ability to work without supervision
good team player
Language Skills: Fluency in Thai and English (written and spoken)

Qualifications:

LLB - high grades
top level Thai University (eg Chulalongkorn - Thammasat - Assumption)
Masters in Law - Overseas University
