In this role you will be required to plan, organize and administer all Quality Assurance (QA) documentation, with special emphasis in maintaining excellent rapport with the local CAA authorities
Manage all activities relating to the departmental Quality Management System and coordinate with all functional units on matters related to Quality

Key Accountabilities:
In this role you will be required to:

Analyze and review documentation on department processes and procedures in the designated areas and ensure all current versions are available to ensure compliance with the requirements of the state and industry standards
Design audit checklists & conduct compliance audits as per the required standard in designated areas to ensure the requirements have been met and identify areas of non-compliance by raising non-conformity reports and corresponding corrective action reports. This also includes ensuring implementation of the corrective action as per the agreed time frames and following these up as appropriate
Compile audit reports and submit them in time to the HOD, with recommendation for suitable corrective action including regular follow-up to ensure corrective action is taken in time
Provide technical and administrative support to the immediate supervisor in areas such as state standards and requirements, preparation for external audits and management review meetings
Coordinate field inspections on all new and existing Jet Asia Airways facilities, collating data, before recommending appropriate corrective actions
Coordinate all internal department actions through weekly, monthly & yearly schedules with responsible team members, tracking deadlines and maintaining completion targets
Maintain a fluid and beneficial relationship with the authorities, facilitating approval requirements and being informed in a timely manner of any changes in the norm

Requirements:

Experience and Qualifications:

5 years’ experience in the airline industry of which at least 2 years should have been in maintaining quality management systems
Excellent command of English
High level of computer literacy
Prior exposure to Quality Systems
Knowledge of ISO, IOSA, and/or ISAGO standards, auditing, documentation and report writing
Experience in security systems and working in airside environment and highly secured buildings
excellent people skills, preferably with knowledge of working with TDCA
ISO 9001:2008 is an advantage
