Reports To : Vice President, Cargo, Americas

Location : Dallas, Texas



Key Responsibilities:

· Generate agreed revenue and services delivery to standard within assigned territory

· Maintain and increase customer base and revenue

· Manage Key Accounts within the assigned territory

· Develop and manage two teams, in both DFW & IAH

· Produce marketing plans and implement goal setting programs for the South Central region

· Work with Cargo Sales & Service Supervisors in both stations to manage the GHA’s with focus on service standards and cost control

· Work with Cargo Sales Executive to exploit all possible sources of profitable cargo traffic

· Work well at all levels in the organization and with widely differing groups of people (agents, forwarders, handling agents)

· Plan and focus on key priorities

· Communicate with all Government Authorities for the compliance of aviation and local laws

· Oversee all budgetary and non-budgetary expenditures

· Manage local E&A activities

Requirements:

Qualifications/Experience:

· Strong knowledge of the airline and international air freight industry

· At least 5 years cargo management with sales experience

· Proven success records in managing teams of staff

· In-depth communication, management and demonstrated leadership ability

· Proven success records in setting and achieving goals and targets

· Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Systems

· Superior interpersonal and communication skills

· Good decision-making and time management skills

· Experience in dealing with Local, State, and Federal government agencies including suppliers.
