About Your Job:

As a Recruitment Officer you will be responsible for support the recruitment of personnel in accordance within approved manpower plan. You will source the most competent staff fro various countries, to ensure the best mix of Human Resources.

Also advertise staff vacancies, assess applications, interview applicants, give selection test, prepare reports and make recommendations to management about staff appointments.

You will support the development of psychometric and personality development tools, instruments, and sophisticated recruitment based on behavioral assessments to enable the Company to use the best methods in the selection process.

We are looking for a confident decision makers with strong communication skills and direct experience in a large multinational Recruitment environment. Your account management, leadership and relationship building skills are crucial to excel in this role.

This role support the management of Recruitment Departments business strategy ,plan and execute international recruitment drives , Contribute to formulation, Advertise staff vacancies ,Accountable for the implementation of generic templates ,Able to develop customer service strategies for serving customer is required .

You will hold a Bachelor’s degree in HR or equivalent. A minimum of 5 years of job related experience is essential with direct management experience. Knowledge of e-Recruitment systems is critical.
