The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Regional Office South East Asia department. Duties include:

Generate KPI statistics and all performance related reports from the Marketing Information Systems (MIS)
Assist on station/HR/system matters promptly (eg. file fares and incentive proposals in the system, provide approval codes to stations, update Regional Office Org Chart and Station Charts for any staff movements)
Liaise with other departments to resolve issues with MIS and assist with creation of MIS reports/templates
Monitor station submissions for various matters
Act as backup for department’s secretary (when she is on leave)
Manage the coordination of the learning needs for the overseas staff in SEA region
Coordinate and handle other admin matters (eg. stationery requisition, manage the calendar for the executive, manage logistics for meetings and arrange for security clearance, manage hotel accommodation for overseas SEA staff, IT recertification, verification of invoices and bills)


You should have a diploma qualification, be comfortable working with computer systems to generate reports and have a strong foundation with Microsoft Office software. You have to be meticulous and driven to work under tight deadlines and should also possess good verbal and written communication skills.
