About the job
This role has the overall responsibility for providing directions to those activities concerned with the task including monthly reports and Publications.
Key responsibilities:
Responsibility of documentations essential to the functioning of ABY operation, including: Aircraft, Engines Manuals, Component Maintenance Manuals (Vendor), Regulation Documentation.
Maintaining all documents updating and coordinate with all sections to keep their applicable manuals current.
Maintaining aircraft Libraries.
Furnishing Out stations with Tech. Documents and updating them
Controlling in-house Publications that are issued by various ABY sections
Maintain current file for documentation assessment, EO, EWI…. and DAR.
Responsible and administer the E-Publications
Assigns work, provides instructions, procedures and guidance for employees assigned to Technical Publications.
Maintain a timely record of aircraft hours and cycles flown to prepare the monthly utilization reports (MUR) of all the aircrafts (airframe), engines and APU lessors.
Assist Quality Assurance department by preparing statements for airframe, engines, APU etc; maintaining all original company approvals; maintaining , technicians', engineer's authorization stamps and their record.
Assist other departments with record and distribution of their in-house manuals.
Working as a liaison with ABY Engg. Service provide
Maintaining SB's reporting, COC, W & B reports, ELA ….etc
Fulfilling monthly reports
Note – The role defined here is not exhaustive and duties and responsibilities in line with the job function may be added from time to time.
Key Performance Measures
NO level 1 findings from internal or external Audits
NO Dispatch delays related to the aircraft O/B technical library
All Manuel's updated on a regular Basis and within acceptable periods
Reduction in Hard copy Manuel's within the company to digital format by 15% per yearly period
Requirements:
Qualifications & Experience:
Qualifications and Experience: 3-5 years related work experience. Airline industry experience is preferable UAE Driving licence required. The ability to work a Rotating Shift pattern.
