Description:
The Candidate Administrator is a crucial role for ensuring an efficient recruitment process and candidate communication. The work will comprise of management of the recruitment system and follow up of candidates and other relevant parties throughout in the recruitment process. The role will be a part of the recruitment unit in Norwegian Air Resources and report to the Head of crew recruitment.
Job description
• Open new positions in recruitment system and distribute to external parts
• Manage candidates’ initial tests within the recruitment system
• Monitor the progress of candidates in the recruitment system
• Dialogue with external agencies on recruitment progress and ensuring correct status in the recruitment system for the candidates
• Keep relevant departments informed within the Norwegian Group regarding recruited candidates to ensure that necessary start up activities are performed
• Answer queries regarding recruitment through the recruitment system
• On going dialogue with service provider to ensure improvement and efficiency of recruitment system
• Close positions in the recruitment system
• Manage recruitment system for applications for upgrades
• Provide data from the recruitment system
• Update templates for candidate dialogue
• Update career portal
• Provide training for other resources in the use of the recruitment system
Requirements:
Qualifications
• Proven ability to participate in and coordinate cross-functional processes
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Administrative or Human Resources Management.
• Strong skills in organization, planning, and time-management
• Experience from use of recruitment systems (such as Webcruiter)
