We, as Lufthansa AirPlus Servicekarten GmbH, are currently looking for a Manager Research & Development (m/f).
The following tasks are part of your responsibility:
Developing new and innovative service, product & feature concepts
Research trends, technology and developments in the market infrastructure
Conceptualize proof of concept and prototypes for new services & innovative products
Hand over to and follow up on Product Development or manage Product Development in R&D
Monitor success level of delivered new service & products
Supporting the Innovation Cycle
Business planning
Quality Management
Communicating to management on Marketing Strategy status and KPI performance.

Requirements:

Your profile
Successfully completed education in the field of sales, marketing and/or product development
Product & Innovation Methodology expertise, ideally in travel management and/or financial services and proven practice of several years
Strong analytical skills & conceptual abilities
Creative, flexible and open minded for new developments
Solution-oriented thinking, rapid comprehension and competent appearance, high degree of self initiative and independence
Seeing the big picture and breaking usual patterns of thinking
Good intercultural skills and excellent written and verbal English language skills
Flexibility to adapt to dynamic environment.
