Description:

Air Arabia Egypt is currently looking to hire an Engineering & Planning Supervisor who will be responsible for Managing and Monitoring Air Arabia Engines, APUs & aircraft systems providing all activities concerned with the tasks planning including maintenance package, records and Material Planning so as to ensure their Safety, Reliability and Cost-Effective operation.

Key responsibilities:

Maintain a system of monitoring and control of Air Arabia A320 Customized Maintenance Program, ensuring scheduling and performance of all tasks at their respective due dates or within reasonable time before.
Maintain a system of aircraft hours and cycles recording and matching with Aircraft Technical Logs.
Maintain a system of job cards preparation & updating.
Establish and Maintain necessary procedures to keep maintenance program system updated, thus reflecting the true maintenance status of all aircrafts.
Prepare work-scopes of maintenance events.
Maintain a system of work package preparation for all types of checks to include all scheduled routine, and non-routine maintenance.
Maintain a system of work package archiving after maintenance completion in accordance with policies, procedures and regulations.
Maintain a system of Technical records keeping for the required periods of time ensuring compliance with policies, procedures and regulations.
Establish and revise Maintenance Program according to be complied with the latest revision of the manufacturer's MPD
Study all issued Airworthiness Directives, issue AD control form and update AD status
Review all manufacturer vendor services bulletins and taking proper actions in form of Engineering Orders (E.O) or Engineering Bulletins
Issue the reliability Report and manage regular held of the Reliability Committee Board
Monitor Aircraft, Engine & system performance and issue recommendations to Maintenance staff for defect rectification and contacting manufacturer if necessary.
Note – The role defined here is not exhaustive and duties and responsibilities in line with the job function may be added from time to time.

Requirements:

Qualifications & Experience:

University degree with an Engineering discipline
Minimum 5 years of relative experience
Excellent command of both verbal and written English skills. Spoken and written Arabic would be an advantage
Team leader with strong supervisory skills
Good Technical reports writings
Good MS office applications skills
Pro-active and self-motivated
